SHIPPING POLICY

Inkified LLC

Carrier and Delivery Timeframes

All standard orders placed through the Site are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and quantity. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipment, though delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Inkified LLC.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Your order must be produced before it ships. Total turnaround time includes both production and transit.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available but is not offered through the website at checkout. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at inkifiedllc@gmail.com before placing your order. We will confirm availability and send a separate invoice for the applicable shipping cost. Expedited shipping requests submitted after an order has been placed through the website cannot be guaranteed.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We recommend saving this information to monitor your delivery status. Inkified LLC is not responsible for tracking updates or delivery status once the package has been tendered to USPS.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Inkified LLC is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Transfer of Liability

Inkified LLC's responsibility for your order ends upon tender of the package to USPS. Once the carrier has taken possession of your shipment, Inkified LLC is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS. While we are not obligated to do so, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in that process.
