RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Inkified LLC

Custom Product Policy
All products sold by Inkified LLC are custom-made to your specifications. Because of the nature of custom production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders produced correctly according to your submitted artwork and approved proof.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our work. All custom products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery. If you believe your order is defective or was produced incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at inkifiedllc@gmail.com.
To be considered for a replacement or reprint, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery;
- Provide a clear description of the defect or issue;
- Provide photographs of the defective items upon our request;
- Return the full unused order to Inkified LLC at your expense prior to any replacement or reprint being issued.
Return of the original order is required so that we can verify the items have not been used or distributed. Claims submitted without a return of the original order will not be eligible for a replacement or reprint. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-reimbursable.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, Inkified LLC will, at our sole discretion, reprint or replace the defective items. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Eligibility Expiration
Your right to request a replacement or reprint expires when the order is partially or wholly used or distributed, or after 7 days of confirmed delivery, whichever comes first. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.
Non-Defect Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or production errors on our part. This includes but is not limited to changes of mind, ordering errors made by the customer, or dissatisfaction with a product produced according to an approved proof.
