Hosting
If you're here, you either want hosting for your website(s), or you got lost along the way! No matter the reason, though, this page is - obviously - here so I can offer hosting to the lovely people wandering around on the great wide internet. Because, of course, the inkified.com network wouldn't be a whole lot without my lovely hostees, and I'm always looking for new people to join in on the fun!

What you get
- Your own subdomain*
- 2GB harddisk space (more available on negotiation)
- Unlimited bandwidth
- Optionally, your own personalised e-mail and/or MySQL database
- Site listing on inkified.com network page and the spotlight banner rotation
- Technical support from yours truly**
- Occasional contact regarding server downtime or other admin stuff
* Domains currently available to host subdomains are inkified.com and midnightfantasy.org. The latter will only host Super Junior-related sites.
** Technical support includes account management, troubleshooting and website software installation.
What I ask in return
- You must have at the very least basic knowledge of HTML. XHTML, CSS, PHP and other internet-applicable protocols are more than welcome.
- Sites coded by hand are preferable to sites designed by Dreamweaver and other such programs, but as long as the site appearance is of a reasonable standard, I don't mind either way.*
- Know how to use FTP. Or at the very least, be prepared to do some research. I offer technical support but I do expect my hostees to have a basic idea of how the internet works.
- I will not host sites that utilise frames. The W3C hates them and so do I.
- I will not host sites with illegal content. If I suspect you are using my space for illegal purposes, I will more than happily remove your access without any warning. If you're unsure about the legality of something, please ask me before putting it up!
- Similarly, I will not host sites with insecure or potentially dangerous scripts. At this stage, PHPFanBase and Bravenet scripts are blacklisted at inkified.com. Anything else is fine to use. I personally recommend scripts by Angela, Gabrielle, Jem and Tess, as well as any of the software listed here. Of course, you're welcome to use mine too!
- You must link back to inkified.com, whether via an image or text link. It doesn't have to be on every page, but somewhere visible on your site would be lovely! If you're hosted on another domain (eg. midnightfantasy.org), a link EITHER to that domain or to inkified.com is acceptable.
* Please note that "reasonable standard" will be based on the graphic/html example link you provide in your application. Of course, the opinion of reasonable standard is arbitrary. I'm not expecting webdesign perfection, but I would like something somewhat more detailed than black text on a tiled background.
